Dr. Halley Moore is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Principal with HR & Associates, a management consulting firm that provides a wide range of services to public agencies and private firms.
These services include organizational assessments, strategic human resource review and planning, talent acquisition, strategic planning, quality management, team building, diversity management, conflict resolution, process improvement, and performance coaching.
With a dynamic private practice in Paso Robles, California, she has specialized in management consulting for family-owned businesses to overcome family-business role conflicts.
Dr. Moore is a skilled psychological diagnostician, personal/executive coach, psychotherapist, and professional consultant. Her extensive understanding of human behavior enables her to assess many complex aspects of organizations and individual behavior, and how these interplay with group dynamics in the workplace. She is also experienced in constructing survey instruments, analyzing data, and interpreting survey results.
Dr. Moore brings an added benefit to her clients with her dynamic background which includes ten years in the legal field, ten years as a Real Estate Broker, and a Senior Certified Society for Human Resources Management professional.
